Polyesters & Acrylics Limited is a 100% New Zealand owned company. Both our Acapella and Domani ranges are manufactured and fabricated at our factory in Pakuranga, Auckland. Polyesters & Acrylics Ltd began producing in 1993 using a completely 'one stop shop' approach. This resulted in the customer's reassurance that the same team would be following the entire production of their design from the manufacture right through to the final installation and continuing after sales service. Acapella is our original solid surface range, which is produced in sheet form. This has been manufactured and utilized effectively since the company began seven years previously. Some commercial and domestic uses have included kitchen benchtops, shop and reception counters, bar tops, food hall tables, boat fitouts, airport check-ins and bathroom vanities, just some of which are displayed in our photo gallery. Domani, our latest innovation is a Solid Surface Veneer (SSV). It uses the same high quality solid surface material but has been modified such that, with the use of an adhesion system, it can now be applied to a substrate using a spray-on method. Solid surface veneer's (SSV's) have been found to be as durable as traditional solid surface tops and furthermore have shown many advantages over the traditional form. A major advantage is that Domani costs approximately 50% - 60% of standard solid surfaces, while maintaining the same exceptional properties as Acapella. We are the only manufacturers in NZ capable of producing this fantastic new range that merges quality with cost effectiveness. Domani has only been available for a limited time and we are very excited about the enthusiastic response we are getting from clients. With both ranges you receive a counter top that is seamless and unique. Both are available in both plain and granite styles, incorporating a substantial colour range (custom colours can be designed). Their inert properties and solid non-porous surface allow it to be used with confidence in sanitary bacteria free areas such as laboratory tops, bathrooms, kitchens, galleys or anywhere that resistance to water, staining, bacteria and fungi is necessary. The aim of Polyesters & Acrylics Limited is to supply first class solid surface benchtops, both domestic and commercial to the industry. An important advantage is that we execute the whole process from manufacture to fabrication 'in house'. As indicated before, this effects the consumer in many beneficial ways - cost savings, a strict pricing policy, quick turn around times and quality control measures throughout the whole process from raw materials manufacture through fabrication to installation. |
